Hi! I'm Bana and this is my story on how I became a Transformational & Mindset Coach with the pursuit of healing the world, one life at a time.
Since my earliest memories, I've felt a calling to a greater purpose beyond myself and I consider myself fortunate to have recognised my life's mission in helping others. This purpose is the one constant that has never wavered, naturally shaping my core values of love, peace, growth, impact, and freedom. These principles guide me as I passionately explore the world, seeking growth and embracing every experience, all while sharing Luvv.
As a child, I was known for my boundless energy, insatiable curiosity and adventurous spirit. But as I entered my teenage years, I grappled with a sense of uncontrollable anger and confusion - it didn't help growing up in a world that lacked awareness of mental health. Feeling misguided & misunderstood, I found solace in unhealthy habits and self sabotage. This dragged on for years, pain became the new norm, ultimately leading to years of depression. Ironically, I portrayed a facade of happiness to those around me. Always prioritising others over myself. I spread love everywhere except inwardly. I guess that was my way of overcompensating for the lack of self worth. Of course, the self-neglect caught up and I was so far gone from my true self. I no longer recognised who I was and this inner turmoil was projected onto all aspects of my life.
The world, at times cold and unforgiving, tested my resolve as a deep feeler and an empath. Where I come from, I witnessed firsthand the darker complexities of the world: political and socio-economic climates, extremist beliefs, and the brutal reality of war. In the face of such darkness, my empathetic heart yearned for change, for peace, and for justice.
Amidst the darkness, a turning point emerged when my mother fell ill unexpectedly. Her illness and subsequent passing in 2020 forced me to confront the fragility of life and the depth of my emotions. The loss of the person I loved the most shattered me, but… it also (eventually) ignited a fire within me that transformed my pain into power, and ultimately into reclaiming my true purpose.
Embarking on a journey of self-discovery and healing, gradually outgrowing my fear-based and ego-driven self, I transformed my struggles with depression and self-neglect into gratitude and self-compassion. I chose growth and light over victimhood and darkness. I turned to several therapies to navigate the complexities of my emotions/thoughts and traumas that I had carried over the years. The healing process definitely wasn’t linear and far from the rainbows and butterflies some make healing out to be. Yet, I kept choosing to move towards the light.

Like a phoenix, I rose from the ashes and my mother's passing was the catalyst for my rebirth and evolution. A journey leading me back to my true self. As I deeply connected with the human experience, an inner calling emerged, compelling me to guide individuals on their growth and healing journeys. This revelation led me to the world of life coaching, where I found alignment with my purpose to facilitate real transformation in the lives of others.
I am living breathing proof that profound transformation IS possible. My journey exemplifies the transformative power of embracing authenticity, transcending fear, and accepting the human experience in it’s entirety. It is a testament to the resilience, determination and power of the human spirit. It resonates with those who have felt lost, underestimated, or stifled by life's circumstances.
So you see, my journey isn't just about personal accomplishments; it's about the impact I can have on others. A great mentor once told me “How dare you not share your story so someone else can have hope?” That stuck with me. Because the joy I experience when empowering others to tap into their true potential is unparalleled. Every obstacle, every trial, and every triumph has led me to the space I inhabit today—a space where I aim to guide individuals with their own transformation to lead fulfilling lives. Having been on the other side of pain, I understand the journey from darkness to enlightenment, from fear to love and let me tell you, it ain't easy. But oh boy is it worth every single part of the journey when you finally embody inner peace and harmony. The most wonder-FULL feeling is the ability to harness inner peace in spite of external circumstances. So today, I see beauty in the biggest tragedy of my life as I operate from a place of gratitude and abundance.

The very core of B Luvv's name encapsulates the essence of being human. "B" reminds us that before we are not human doings, we are human BEINGS.

The Journey Within
The logo concept is a visual testament to this profound philosophy. The "B," resembling the OM symbol, beautifully integrates the spiritual aspect of holistic health and alignment. Just like plants lose their vibrant, green lustre if deprived of light and water, we too become spiritually, mentally and physically jaded when we neglect our internal world. Being unplugged from our source is debilitating. When we shine light inwards, we start connecting with our higher self, our guide that shows us the way back home.
The golden rays represent the journey of going within to nourish the soul, shining light on our inner landscape. This inner work is the seed, the potential that, when nurtured, blossoms into a life of abundance and limitless possibilities.
